Annual General Meeting 2015 – 27th June 8pm. All Welcome.

We have reserved an area at Børskjelleren  on 27th June at 8pm to hold our AGM.  We hope as many og you as possible will be able to attend.

 We are looking for a new president and treasurer as well as volunteers who would be willing to be part of small sub-commitees that would help organise events throughout the year.

1.  Welcome and review of 2014

2.  Financial report and proposed budget for 2015/6.

3.  Proposed activities for rest of 2015 and early 2016.

4.  Proposal of sub-commitees and members to help coordinate events

5.  Election of new board  members
